Sander Freemont Dearborn aka Sandy is the current SC of Troop D and one of the few people who know about the existence of the Buick Roadmaster. He worked at Troop D for several years before becoming SC when Tony Schoondist retired. He would later tell the grief stricken Ned Wilcox about the death of his father and the existence of the Buick. He was present at several events including the dissection of the bat creature and he would eventually stop Ned from attempting to destroy the Buick. He would live to se Ned become a rookie of Troop D.
