The Delothrian's ebb was a magical force which could be harnessed from the spirit world. It was an ingredient for the spell Delothrian's Arrow. Once harnessed, the caster required focusing the energy into an object that would act as the arrow. The witch Willow Rosenberg used a small ball, not unlike a marble, to contain and channel the ebb she has gathered.
