Tehrak was a male Cardassian who lived in the 24th century. Prior to 2373, he was a member of the Cardassian Science Ministry. After the Cardassian Union's entry into the Dominion, Tehrak fled Cardassian space and became a member of the Cardassian government in exile. In 2374, Tehrak, along with Rhemet, attended a Dominion War conference on Earth with Federation, Romulan and Klingon representatives. (DS9 novel: Hollow Men)
