Whilst the games were initially quite simple in terms of story (A line or two generally sufficed), later games have adopted full fledged story-lines, with drawn scenes (depending on the host). The rules are pretty simple. There are Werewolves among the players. The players have to figure out who they are and lynch them before everyone dies.
