Mrs. Cassini is a frequent customer at Doose's Market and one of the elder citizens of Stars Hollow. She is usually kind and brisk, able to counter any of Taylor's occasional nonsense. Mrs. Cassini is also one of the first customers to take the opportunity for fresh produce when the former competition for town troubadour sets up a vegetable stand in the Town Square, much to Taylor's dismay.
