Jamaica was discovered by Castillians in 1504. 1560: King Henry IV of the Triple Monarchy of England-Castille-Portugal changed the traditional division of the colonies (Portugal in Africa except Morocco, Castille in Morocco and the Caribbean, England in North Atlantis) a bit: English merchants of the Atlantean Company got the islands of Jamaica and All Saints (OTL Trinidad) for sugar plantages. After the Triple Monarchy fell apart, in 1631 the Sea battle of Jamaica took place. The Castillians occupied the English colonies in the Caribbean; England fell into a financial crisis.
