This wiki page shows all possible options for avatar design that appear in the Customize Avatar page, found below the User tab in the Toolbar. This includes all hair and body styles, but not backgrounds or equipment (with the exception of eyeglasses and purchased animal ears, which appear in both the Customize Avatar tab and the Equipment tab).
