Rhiis Talee was an Andorian shen or zhen digital artist from Andoria, alive in the 24th century. Perhaps the most famous work Talee has created, was the map "Known Space" in the year 2386. Although the map accurately portrays the United Federation of Planets and other major local powers, Talee designed it for beauty as much as function.
