New York-based cult operating out of the cellars beneath Club Apocalypse (which are connected, seemingly, to the cult from HP Lovecraft's story The Horror At Red Hook). Also known as The Network. They are led by Stephen Alzis and serve Nyarlathotep, although one Lord of the group, Anton Leonard Merriweather, has an apparent connection to The King In Yellow.
