After mixing the appropriate amounts of natural energy and chakra the user ignites the oxygen and energy in the atmosphere, which creates an immense Chinese Dragon made of flame. The dragon is able to move and attack in response to the user's will as long as they are able to maintain the technique. The flames created by the dragon are said to be able to incinerate anything they touch, including chakra itself. Burning even the mightiest of defenses away in seconds. It's only weaknesses being the strain it places on it's wielder due to the large amount of chakra it is constantly consuming to stay active, techniques which are either able to destroy ninjutsu, or a technique that is able to be maintained until the user runs out of chakra.
