The LucasArts Archives Vol. II: Star Wars Collection (1996) was the second collection of previously released LucasArts video games sold together in one package, following 1995's first volume. The set included a single user's guide that contained all instructions for each game. The release date was likely chosen to help promote the upcoming releases of the Star Wars Trilogy films' Special Editions. The collection was followed by third and fourth volumes.
