Dutch Stiglitz was the CEO and founder of the Hell's Children biker group. He was born in Dusseldorf, Germany during World War 2 and was taught to be a nazi in his childhood and believed it all. By his teens, he left for America and immedietly started working in the underground. Then in 1964, Stiglitz formed the Hell's Children which he led and in 1968, they had their first gang war with The 4 Suits of Anarchy. In the 70's, Stiglitz and the Children were continuing their battle with the 4 Suits, then in 1990, their war escalated higher. By 1998, Stiglitz was bitten and attacked by Zombies when the the T-Virus was released after the destruction of Raccoon City.
