Chaff. There are numberous different types of chaff. Mercifully, a small, standard "Chaff Laucher" seems to be as effective as any other chaff. The pilot community is mostly in agreement with this notion. Chaff lauchers currently have a bug; the reactor energy drain of the launcher is affected by weapon overload. However, chaff still seems to work if it is powered at about 10% of the required energy after overloads.
