He starts the quest File:Alliance 15.png [31] Soothing Turtle Bisque (Alliance) (Cooking). Chef Jessen once made special slop, back before the plague hit. He no longer makes it (perhaps he forgot the recipe) and has since lost his title, along with his hair. He also doesn't seem to like excessive noise when he is working.
