The Chancellor was the head of the government of Grayson. The Chancellor headed the legislative branch, which was comprised of the Protector's Council as the First Councilman. In 1903 PD, the Chancellor was Henry Prestwick, who remained in office until his death in an assassination attempt on the Protector in 1915 PD. (HH2, HH9)
