Rue Mastrelor was borned on Arda-2 on 40 BBY. He was raised by a Civil family and was sent to Coruscant to study in the Imperial Academy in the age of 21. He graduated the Coruscant Imperial Miltary Academy but failed to make a significant career in the Imperial Army and returned to his home planet on 16 ABY to find himself getting favorited by Velok and Darth Sarastro and be given the title of Lord and Governor of Arda System which includes Arda-1 , Arda-2 and Arda-3 while having Arda-2 as its capital world.
