Skull's Bay is a city on a mountainous island in the archipelago of the Dead Islands, ruled by the Pirate Lord, Captain Rolfe. There are several vendors, shops and taverns like The Sea Dragon, but the port city is primarily composed of ramshackle, wooden buildings and streets filled with prostitutes, orphans, and pirates.The city is mostly known for its defensive weapons, the Ship-Breaker, and a number of catapults atop the nearby watchtowers. Built centuries ago, Ship-Breaker is a giant chain hangs across the horsehoe-shaped bay and is able to snap the mast of any ship that tries to enter or exit the harbor without permission.
