Pvt. John Ng was a member of Task Force Lima during the Daego Insertions. Like the other members of the group, he had little to no combat experience before the event. He was killed when his Pelican was hit by Covenant Anti-Air fire while still in a vacuum. His body was recovered and buried on Earth.
