The Pinnacle Road is a road running from The Low Road to Pinnacle Rock in the Shivering Isles. It runs through the southern Dementia side of the Shivering Isles, and therefore shares all the same flora and fauna that one might expect. Besides navigation and as an relatively safe route through Dementia, it plays no real role in any quests or any major part in gameplay.
