Riki jabs his Biter forth, a red aura glowing around it. If he hits an opponent, he will damage the opponent, steal some of their health to heal himself, steal any items they are holding, and will also steal any stored charges for attacks that they may have. At higher percentages, Riki steals more health and when he steals a charge he can unleash that charge to hit the opponent with their own attack.
