Società Sportiva Dilettantistica Parma Calcio 1913 S.r.l., commonly referred to as Parma, is an Italian football team based in the city of Parma. It was formed in 2015 and is the successor club to Parma F.C., which became bankrupt in March 2015. The club's first season will be in Serie D.
