The Xi Sword & Game Shield is a weapon featured in Soulcalibur and Soulcalibur II, originally used by Lizardman. The short sword and small shield Aeon Calcos used when he was human. They were created by Hephaestus and given to him in order to destroy Soul Edge. In Soulcalibur II, where Sophitia can use this sword and shield, the Weapon Gallery states that they retain their holy properties in spite of Aeon Calcos' transformation, but also that they hold a curse and are very unstable.
