The Montreal National Defence League operated in Montreal during World War II from 1941 to 1945. It was made up of teams from the branches of military and local colleges. In 1941-42 it was an intermediate-level league that contested the 1941-42 Quebec Intermediate Playoffs. In the other years it was an independent league.
