Jerlia is an ore merchant in Waukeen's Promenade. The only purpose she serves is in the side quest Gain the Services of Sir Sarles for the Temple in which you must find illithium ore. She knows someone who can provide you the required amount of ore. She can also provide the player with some fake ore which will fool Sir Sarles.
