The Gadmeer terraformer considered the Enkaran home world, but rejected it on the grounds that it was too large, had the wrong core temperature, and was already inhabited by an intelligent species. Sometime later, the terraformer selected P5S-381 for its work. Unable to halt the process, the terraformer eventually realized that it had encountered the planet's Enkaran refugee population before, and agreed to bring them back to their home world.
