Rising Stars Game Hat is an insert set in 2002 Ultra. The 6-card set partially parallels the Rising Stars insert set. Each card is serial numbered to 100 copies. The set is paralleled by a Platinum set each serial numbered to 25. Both the base and Platinum sets were randomly inserted into packs.
