Manulan was a Krogan Reformist who strived to bring about the rebirth of Tuchanka. After taking over Tabvis, Manulan transformed the clan from an arms dealing tribe to a scientific nation who was one of the first to reform from the traditional warfare of most krogan. Manulan himself led many scientific expeditions into the wastelands to study plant and animals in an attempt to find a way to rejuvinate Tuchanka's ecosystem. Tabvis was presumably killed during a raid on Tabvis Prime, the capital city of his people.
