Far Harad Volcano is a biome found deep within Far Harad. It is a region of stone and dead trees, with lava flows, and the occasional volcanic crater. Due to its inhospitable nature, nothing lives here. There are multiple different volcano biomes on the map: a range of volcanoes in the southern Far Harad Savannah, and several volcanoes scattered throughout and off the coast of Pertorogwaith. Small volcano biomes can also generate randomly throughout Pertorogwaith, but these are not marked on the map. Upon entering a Far Harad Volcano biome, the player earns the achievement "Fires of the South".
