Tiram is a Katta who sells rugs and carpets, albeit not magical ones, in the Palace Plaza of Shapeir. He is Shema's third cousin once removed and Tiram is Kiram s second cousin. Shema had forbidden him from selling anything to Devon Aidendale because of the bulk of the items. Later he and Sashanan the Jeweler were unable to set up their stands because of the Elemental of Air.
