Holy Luthori Emperor Charles X, also known as Charles Steuart-Geharon, is the reigning monarch of the Holy Luthori Empire, and the dynastic head of the Luthori royal house of Steuart-Geharon. Closely aligned with the Cavalier Party (Luthori), he served as their nominee as monarch, when the monarchy became elective in 3845 and won the Emperorship with 54% of the vote. His initial reign, which lasted only nine years before being unseated by a commoner from the Hosian Socialist Party and forced to abdicate, was marked by a commitment to traditional morals and classically liberal economic policy.
