Cirigliano has also appeared in television series such as Ally McBeal (1997, with Willie Garson), Family Law (2001, with Melinda Culea, Michelle Horn, Christopher McDonald, and Julie Warner), and ER (2001, with Michelle Bonilla and Mirron E. Willis). He was also the acting coach for The Rock in his film Walking Tall (2004).
