The Trogan Planetary Tourism Board was an organization located on the planet Trogan. After the Whistler's Whirlpool Tapcafe was forced to close, they became responsible for the venue. Since it would require an expensive reconstruction project to convert the tapcafe into another venue, the Board desperately wanted to sell the now-deserted building.
