Louis Kissinger is the great-grandson of former Minister of War & Defense Woodrow Kissinger. Woodrow was assassinated in 1985. Louis was appointed CEO of Thames Rotorcraft in 2055 by Lady Maria Kensington. He retained the position when Thames Rotorcraft became independent. In 2065, after the election of Emily Gibbons as the 9th President of J Andres, Louis Kissinger was tapped to serve as the Minister of War & Defense. Louis was one of very few Nationalist party loyalists with military experience who weren't associated with Richard's Rebellion.
