Buying a Capital Warships License allows you to purchase the following ships classed as 'Capital Warships' by the Federation Security Council: * IDA Frigate (also requires Capital Ships License) * Federation Destroyer (also requires Capital Ships License and subject to Military Approval) * Federation Carrier (also requires Capital Ships License and subject to Military Approval) The Capital Ships License is required for the purchase of the 'Capital Warships License'. This license can be purchased at Spacedock II in the Tichel system.
