He is a renegade Black Cross operative who was imprisoned by the Black Cross Führer for his recklessness and rebelliousness. He was later freed by him in exchange for his help in destroying Gorenger. He was an incredibly strong fighter and was impervious to harm. He could easily repel the Gorenger Hurricane attack, but the Gorangers managed to finally kill him with the Gorenger Bomb Hurricane. He wielded the mighty Imperial Dragon Sword, which could cut and destroy almost any object. Appears in the movie 'Bomb Hurricane.'
