After Ba'al allowed his Al'kesh to be shot down by Stargate Command and convinced SG-1 to track down and capture his clones, he escaped with the help of a brainwashed Agent Malcolm Barrett and stole the list of Stargate addresses from the SGC dialing computer. The Ba'als gathered in one room and used the combined signal from their locator beacon to penetrate the jamming field around the SGC and beamed to this Tel'tak which was in orbit and cloaked.
