Dating back to the times of King Aurelius II, Gracemeria Castle was built on a hill in Chester City, between the urban area housing the west exit of the King's Bridge and Gracemeria Air Base to the west. The building contained various relics and objects from Emmerian history, including the "Golden King" statue made by Aurelius' followers before the birth of the Emmerian republic.
