Police Constable Dan Casper is a character in the long-running ITV drama The Bill. He is played by Chris Jarvis. Cheeky cockney Dan Casper is the man PC Tony Stamp used to be twenty years ago; popular with the lads and he doesn't do too badly with the ladies either. He loves driving, having recently excelled on the advanced drivers course at Hendon.
