The old map of Toussaint is an item in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt added by the Blood and Wine expansion. It depicts Toussaint at a time before the Sansretour flooded the Valley of the Nine. The map may be obtained from a courier who approaches you in Beauclair after the main quest Blood Run.
