Neatnik Ned's Guide to Clearing Clutter is an instructional book on how to clean up a messy room and get rid of unneeded things. Buster owns the book, and, despite only reading one chapter, was able to clean up his room. He later lent the book to Arthur to give to Prunella in "Prunella the Packrat".
