When the entire set is complete, it can be re-coloured when you wear all 5 items by right clicking. This ability is also shared with the Dragon Ceremonial clothes. This, along with the rest of the outfit, became temporarily available again on 27 February 2014 as part of the Blast from the Past Treasure Hunter promotion, on 17 July through 22 July as part of the Blast from the Past II Treasure Hunter promotion, and on 10 May 2017 through 15 May 2017 as reward in an antique chest through the Buried Treasure Treasure Hunter promotion.
