The Stars of Kicaan are an alignment of celestial bodies that allows a dimensional rip to occur. In TMNT, this event allowed Yaotl to unleash the Thirteen Monsters upon the world; later, as Max Winters, he uses it to reawaken his Stone Generals and attempt to send the monsters back, in an effort to nullify the immortality the even granted him thousands of years prior.
