Brock Rumlow, better known as the super-villain Crossbones, is a recurring villain in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. He first appears in Captain America: The Winter Soldier as the field commander for STRIKE, a covert operations unit of S.H.I.E.L.D., but in reality was an undercover agent for the resurrected terrorist organization known as HYDRA. He is portrayed by actor Frank Grillo.
