If we fund only minimal fully portable safety net benefits we can eliminate all subsidies, grants and tax credits to non-persons (ie Corporations and Non-for-profits). We could privatize public schools, VA and other Government healthcare facilities, publically owned housing. The cost would dramatically decrease in a competitive market and taxes would be dramatically reduced. Further, the lease of the privatized schools, healthcare facilities and the revenue from sold public housing could go toward the reduction of public debt.
