Dr. Moribund is a scientist who changed out people's body parts to see what happened. Mexine liked him, and when she got Maddy's legs, she stayed with him. He reformed his ways and stopped experimenting. He and Mexine were considered as adoptive parents for Squid until a stork arrived with their child.
