Luggins was a brogtroll who appeared during the events of Weird New Worlds. He befriended Hedgethorn Lammergyre while traveling aboard a skytavern on the way to Great Glade as part of the Farrow Lake Delegation. Luggins and Threnodesse saved Hedgethorn from a thieving gang of Hammerhead Goblins, and Luggins later gave his life to protect Hedgethorn from a Waif Assassin.
