Dunford House was a 13 storey tower block on Perch Avenue in the Chelmsley Wood estate in Solihull. Plans for the block were approved as part of the Area 8 West phase of the estate in 1968 and it was completed in 1970 by Bryant using the Bison construction technique. It contained 76 flats and stood next to Grantley House and Pendrell House. It was demolished in the late 1990s and redeveloped as lowrise housing.
