Luckyburger (formerly Luxembourg) is a country in the future which is featured in the Cows In Action series. In Luckyburger cows and humans live together as equals. The Palace of Great Moos is in Luckyburger and is the residence of Madame Milkbelly the Third, the kindly cow that rules the country and leads the C.I.A. (Madame Milkbelly started the CIA when the F.B.I began messing with time by using its mechanical ter-moo-nators in an attempt to change history and cause cows to be equals to humans earlier, thus taking over the world.)
