The treatise Judgement was written by Tsuruchi Hakobe in the 12th century, and details his views and interpretations of the Wasp code and other philosophies throughout the Empire. It has yet to be discovered by the Empire at large, but has been acclaimed by those few who have read it. Privately Hakobe wishes it to become for the Tsuruchi what Leadership has become for the Akodo.[citation needed]
