The Fire Walkers are a species of armored creatures native to Ryushi. The females are a rosy brown, and the smaller male a faded gray. They seem to be carnivorous, the poke at the ground with their short, pointed snouts, probably searching for snake eggs and beetles. They are supposedly slightly larger than a facehugger.
